The vice President: Mr Dhruba KC ‘Uttam’ thanked and welcomed members who attended the meeting. He addressed that to all members those even who were unable to the meeting that he was looking forward to seeing them on the forth coming ambulance charity dinner, which will be held on Sat 17 December 11.

Ambulance Project Charity Treasurer

Ambulance Project Charity Treasurer: Mr Dalman Pun read out and updated all detail with amounts at the meeting about the ambulance project charity. He urged those who spoke for the contribution please deposit earliest opportunity and it will be much appreciated. The donors name list will be circulated constantly via electronic mail for your information.

Ambulance Charity Dinner Chief coordinator

Adviser Mr Dut Pun.Hewell presented an execution of plan about the charity dinner. He will circulate further admin instruction at an earliest opportunity to the members in order to let the members know their details and task for the event.

However in general guide line and timetable for the charity dinner will be as follows:

Venue

· Oak farm Community School, Ballantyne Road Farnborough GU14 8SS.

Food – Will be provided by YBC, the menu list for the charity dinner is as shown below for your information.

· Starter:- Bhutuwa, Aludam and Pakauda (Starter will be served at the table )

· Main Course:- Pulau, Plain rice, Daal, Chuteny, pork and chicken curry, mix vegetables.

· For Vegetarian :- Paneer

· Dessert: - Ice Cream, tea and coffee.

· Wine:- One bottle red and One white each table

· Juice:- Orange and apple on the table/cups

· Water:- Plain water bottle/cups

· Total amount:- £ 10.00p

Drinks.

· YBC has kindly announced that despite the pay as you go drinks at the bar, any profit that comes from it will goes to MONA UK ambulance charity account and also cleaner will be provided.

Barman/Hull

· To be paid by MONA UK

Tables

· There will be X 30 tables.

· Each table will have 2 types of wine bottles red and white, orange juice, apple juice and water.

· Table cloth to be provided.

· Table numbers will be allocated.

The PA will be coordinated by Mr Tanka Sherchan and Kishor Pun.

The Guests Regards the subject of the guests we have agreed at the coordinating meeting, and they will be with us.

Ambulance Hand over

The president Mr Yogkumar Phagami president of the MONA UK addressed at the meeting for the ambulance project handover schedule in Myagdi Beni, Nepal. And he also added on Dr Mabir pun project and Suk Maya Bk donation hand over programme will be held at the Myagdi Beni. He therefore asked to Mr Bel Budathoki and Mr Tej Ramjali Pun to arrange the programme. The itinerary for the hand over is as follows:

The President: The president has kindly asked Mr Lilaman Sherpunja to be an operate/announcer at the event/programme over the period of the ambulance hand over programme in Nepal when necessary, due to general secretary Mr Bhim Purja/assistance secretary Mr Nil Purja will be unable to take participate on that time. They will be in the United Kingdom as stand of correspondence on behalf of the MONA UK through out the period.

Letter from Myagdi MONA : General secretary Mr Bhim Purja read out the letter which was sent by Myagdi MONA. The letter stated that local GBS or area is going to organise for the ambulance handover programme and they will be responsible of the programme.

Expenditure: The member suggested that we offer some money to the organisers of the event. The point was brought out from the floor and it came to attention and it took a little longer than other points due to the inexperience about this topic. No body was able to annotate the details about the expenditures of the ambulance hand over programme.

Eventually after a prolong discussion the president Mr Yogkumar Phagami clarified that all finance/expenditure, we will contribute money for few of the things ie; (Nepal Pragya Prastisthaan Team 3 +2 persons only), News conferences, advertisement, videos, pictures, beverage those items only. Further point will be finalised on next meeting.

The President: He informed at the meeting the Gulmi Samaaj has kindly invited us at their charity dinner night which will take place at London on Saturday 4^th December 11. Due to various commitments no one will be available on the event unfortunately. As an appreciation/neighbouring district the meeting has optimistically agreed that £100.00p will be paid by MONA UK from general account.

The Membership Cards

The general /life members :

The sample of general and life members cards which has been shown at the meeting and also it has been circulated via email to the members. Thanks for your comments and solution on this purposed.

Proposed about life member: The point was brought out at the meeting about life member those who have generously contributed above Ncr 50,000 (fifty thousand Nepalese rupees) towards the ambulance project he/she will be a life members of the MONA UK as a remark and memory for the future for their contribution.

Therefore the proposal will be finalised on the next meeting.

Appreciation

Appreciation (I) : Those who missed the last Subha kaamana Shanjh the appreciation to individual donor for the ambulance charity project they will be announced and appreciated behalf MONA UK at the charity dinner night on Saturday 17 December 11.

Appreciation II: Another appreciation will be announced that the person who eagerly delegated and collected donation from the members he/she will be announced and appreciated behalf MONA UK.

The Meeting

Ended

The president: Mr Yogkumar Phagami thanked all members for taking their time. It took a long time and on behalf of all members and committee he would like to say sorry for delaying due to long formal and informal discussion on the subjects. The meeting was officially closed by president at 1715hrs and all went well.
