Dear all,

There has been some interest by members as always for the good cause. I am very much delighted and pleased that members are keen and willing to support the project. We the committee members are very much aware of by mis - leading the project so that we have put our very best effort to include in every steps of experiences and expertise's members in the project committee.
Please note that this project is by the every Myagdelis  living in the UK for the Mygdelis living in native home town and  every members are putting very best effort to make it success. Lets work together and make is happen.

The attached files are for you all to read and to let you all know the up date. Once the committee has chosen the project the following steps has been going on so far:
1. We the committee has written and sent a letter to CDO asking to form a committee, explaining the our aim. Attached with this mail.
2. The CDO has arranged a meeting with the leaders of all political parties and other members and decision they made during the meeting also attached.
3. The Red cross in Beni has agreed and their rules and the procedure aslo attached.
4. The CDO has requested us to provide 2 x ambulances to be run by Red Cross Beni and will be kept in Darbang and Bhurung Tatopani.
5. The committee has confirmed and pleased to announced on the meeting on Sunday 28 Aug for two ambulances and will be handed over by the dead line on 10 Mar 2012 (End of Falgun 2068)
6. Charity donation collection is now on processing and every VDC Reps are requested to up date the donation with project treasurers.
7. The committee has sent a letter to both CDO and Red cross to requesting to provide relevant documents.
8. The VP/Coordinator Kamal Purja is dealing the case and further up date will be announced.
9. We are now waiting for the reply for the necessary documents to purchase the ambulances.
10. The project treasurer are working hard to fund the donation and money will only be paid to the dealer once the ambulances are ready.
