President: The president Mr Yogkumar Phagami is extremely delightful on the process for ambulance charity project by giving such a huge support to our families back in Nepal. Despite of heavy load of commitments in the United Kingdom, all members are being optimistic about the job directly and indirectly. He therefore would like to especially thank (BABA AMAA) who receive pension credits and have eagerly contributed even pennies as seen on the donors list.
Web Site: The web site designer Mr Karna Purja is doing an excellent effort editing and up dating. You can see VDC’s social events videos and other links web site. We should greatly appreciate his outstanding contribution to the Association.

Project Treasurer: He requested that to those who kindly spoke to donate on the Ambulance Charity Project but have yet to hand in the money please do so before 15th December 2011. So that it will be a great help on the process. He will then up date accordingly all data of the members because on the list as of Sunday 28 August 2011 approximately £25000.00p (Twenty five Thousand) is to be collected.

Ambulance Hand Over

Two ambulance The meeting has decided two ambulances will be donated to the Red Cross for Myagdi district by 10th March 2012.
(Due to the Red cross establishment rule regulation policies, health and safety reasons ambulance will be located at Darbang health post to the west and Bhurung Tato Pani health post to the north of the Myagdi district).

(C.D.O.) Chief District Officer of Myagdi / Red Cross
Step One: The Vice president Mr Dhruba KC explained and read out all statements at the meeting which were sent from CDO and Red cross head quarter of Myagdi district to MONA UK. In consensus the letter with stated significantly about national/international rule, regulation, health /safety of the systems. (Completed)
Step Two: To go to the further step (on behalf of MONA UK) the Vice Dhruba KC is going to write another official letter to CDO and Red cross of the Myagdi at an earliest opportunity.

Step Three: It will at least take three months to get an officially authorised ambulance paper work from Myagdi district headquarter to Kathmandu main headquarter tax office.

The president Mr Yogkumar Phagami thanked all members for taking their time. Especially well-done the ladies for providing (Sel Roti). On the opportunity he also thanked YBC for providing beverage for the day. The meeting was officially closed by president at 1530hrs and it went fruitfully.
In consolidation there were no topics to discuss about therefore the meeting ended at 1530hrs.
